(People change their mind and on rare occasions loans don't go through.) Submitting an application is not an obligation on your part to purchase. Likewise, please know that submitting an application is not an obligation for us to reserve or otherwise hold the vehicle exclusively for you. Vehicles are subject to prior sale unless an escrow deposit has been placed or other arrangements have been made. However, If you wish for us to remove the vehicle from the market and hold it exclusively for you to purchase, we can certainly do that but you must first place an escrow deposit to hold the vehicle until final payment and delivery can be made.
